  • Pay attention to your body- Eye, neck or head pain could be the warning signs of computer vision. Observing changes and correcting daily habits will eliminate the problem before it arises.
  • Maintain distance- Don’t position your digital screens too close to your eyes. We often tend to view computers or mobile phones from close distances and this could enhance the problem. There has to be a distance of 40 to 75 cm between your eyes and the center of the computer screen.
  • Correct sitting posture- Always position your screen at a good distance and angle from your chair. Chairs should also be comfortably adjusted to the right angle and position to avoid neck or shoulder strain.
