1. Cucumber & Lemon

Ingredients:
½ cucumber
1 lemon
2-4 mint leaves
Water

Directions:
Slice the cucumber and lemon, and rinse the mint. Place cucumber and lemon into a water jug or a glass bottle. Fill with water, mix, and leave to steep overnight in the fridge.

2. Ginger & Mint

Ginger is used to relieve symptoms of ailments like an upset stomach and a sore throat because of its anti-inflammatory properties

Ingredients:
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 inches ginger, peeled
2 lemon wedges (lime can also be used)
9-10 mint leaves

Directions:
Slice the cucumber and lemon, and rinse the mint. Place ginger, cucumber and lemon into a water jug or a glass bottle. Fill with water, mix, and leave to steep overnight in the fridge.

3. Coconut Water & Lemon – Mint

Coconut water is refreshing and hydrating. The addition of mint and lemon adds a kick of antioxidants to this drink.

Ingredients:
1 glass coconut water
1 lemon
5-6 mint leaves

Directions:
In a glass bottle or jug, pour coconut water & add thin lemon slices. Wash the mint leaves and add to the mix. Leave it in the fridge overnight and serve cold.

4. Strawberry & Basil

Strawberries are high in antioxidants, potassium, and vitamin C; basil has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

Ingredients:
8-10 strawberries, preferably fresh
2 lemon wedges
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4-5 mint leaves

Directions:
Fill a glass container with water, slightly below the rim. Combine the other ingredients and stir gently. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow all ingredients to mingle.

5. Apple, Fennel & Lemon

Fennel and apple go well together in this infused water.

Ingredients:
5-6 apple slices
3-4 fennel slices
2 lemon wedges

Directions:
Fill a glass container with water and add the above ingredients. Stir gently and allow it to sit in the fridge, covered, for 12 to 24 hours. Squeeze the juice from a small lemon wedge into the glass before serving.
